The building stands at the intersection of Towarowa and Grzybowska streets, next to Plac Europejski (European Square). It offers first-class office space. The 174-metre high skyscraper is located next to the former headquarters of the Bellona publishing house. Both buildings are connected by a common lobby creating an unprecedented composition on the Polish market. The Bridge offers 47,000 sqm of top-class office space. The 40-storey building provides approximately 280 parking spaces as well as bicycle facilities (147 places, lockers and showers provided). It is also equipped with state-of-the-art technical and environmentally friendly solutions. The building includes chargers for electric cars and a special parking lot for electric bicycles as well as electric scooters with 20 places for charging them. The Bridge also has an operating system (developed and implemented by Ghelamco), which allows for efficient access control management and solutions increasing its safety in case of an epidemic (among others, virucidal UV lamps which are placed in lifts and air intakes). The building will be BREEAM and WELL-certified. Green Building Standard is obtained. It will also be named “Building without barriers”.
