Mokotów Nova is one of the biggest office projects delivered on Mokotów. The complex continues the popular theme of business parks and modern office projects, combining the very latest technology with versatility and effective office space to ensure the greatest possible working comfort and convenience of future tenants.
The project, which offers 42,200 m² of modern office space ,was delivered in two phases. The first phase, of 26,579 m², was delivered in September 2011, the remaining part in January 2012. The complex consists of three connected buildings with independent reception areas and lift halls. The basement contains three levels of parking with space for 979 cars. An additional 91 places are located on the ground floor. The easy entrance to the garage is provided by two entrances from Magazynowa St. and Wołoska St. The project includes several amenities, such as a restaurant, kiosk and the new Medicover medical centre. The tenants of Mokotów Nova include Hyundai Motor Poland, Lego, BMW, Oriflame, ConnectMedica. The building also houses the Ghelamco Poland headquarters.
Mokotów Nova is designed and built according to the requirements of the most popular European eco-certificate – BREEAM. A certification with rate "Very Good" was obtained by the end of 2012. The complex has been awarded a Green Building Certificate by the European Commission and has also won a "BREEAM - Application In-Process" award given by Europaproperty, as well as an Essa Award – in recognition of ecological standard by CiJ. The building was also recognised as ”Best New Office Development in Poland in 2011” by Construction & Investment Journal.
Mokotów Nova was sold to Tristan Capital Partners in September 2013.
