Ghelamco Poland received the “Best of the Best - Commercial Property Lease Transaction of the Year” award at the prestigious HOF Awards 2025 gala!

Awarded one of the largest lease transactions in the CEE region - the agreement with Santander Bank Polska in our flagship project The Bridge in Warsaw.
The gala took place in Bucharest and was the finale of the international CIJ Awards series, recognizing the best projects and companies from CEE.
