Located about 30 km from Kiev's ring road, Kopylov Logistics Park I has excellent visibility from and access to Zhitomir Highway, Ukraine's main artery connecting Kiev with Poland. Kopylov Logistics Park I consists of two buildings with a combined 28,975 m² of class A distribution space and 1,260 m² of offices on a 5.7 hectare plot of land. The Swedish cosmetics company Oriflame is currently leasing the largest building (21,100 m²). The second building of 9,170 m² is partly occupied by Studio Moderna, which rents 411 m
2 of offices and 6,035 m² of distribution space, leaving 2,700 m² of vacant distribution space. The landscaped Kopylov Logistics Park has all utilities: 1.2 MW of electricity, 16 m³ of water per day and a high-pressure gas line. The roads have been constructed to accommodate heavy truck traffic. Construction according to international building standards was completed in 2008.
Kopylov Logistics Park I was officially inaugurated by the Belgian Prime Minister, Yves Leterme, on 31 October 2008.
