Ghelamco Poland has been operating in Poland for 26 years. Being an investor, developer and general contractor, the Belgian company managed to achieve the leading position on the Polish commercial real estate market by carrying out a series of spectacular investments, such as the award-winning Warsaw Spire office complex, which was named the best office building in the world in the MIPIM Awards 2017 contest. Since the first days of its operations in Poland, Ghelamco has been successfully carrying out all the projects, bringing about new quality to the space of the Polish cities, setting new directions for the entire office real estate sector in the country.

Ghelamco’s portfolio comprises over 1 100 000 square metres of office space, with more spectacular investments to come, including the Warsaw Hub – a skyscraper complex in the Wola district. The Belgian company has proven itself as a visionary in the real estate industry, and its operations exceed the traditional framework of real estate development, confirmed by city-forming designs, such as the Warsaw Spire with the Europejski Square – an example of innovative approach and commitment of the developer to creating valuable public spaces. The company also discovered the potential of the Wola and Mokotów districts with regards to commercial real estate, introduced a concept of a business park to the Polish market and – as the first company on the market – certified its office buildings in the prestigious BREEAM system.
