Waterview, Leuven

Waterview is a mixed use project and Ghelamco Group's third in Leuven's Vaartkom canal area. Centrally located in the Vaartkom area, Waterview will offer 13,322 m² of office space, 5,435 m² for retail, 20 apartments and a large public parking.

 

Several retailers have already expressed their keen interest in the project, as it is located the closest to the entire area's public parking. The parking garage will be built in close cooperation with the Leuven town council.
