Kanonstraat, Brussels

The Kanonstraat, Brussels residential project is yet another typical example of Ghelamco Group's strategy in the Belgian capital. It is located within the Brussels pentagon, near the Martelarenplein / place des Martyrs (seat of the Flemish Government) and the Nieuwstraat / rue Neuve, Belgium's prime shopping street. The project offers 28 apartments and studios, two retail opportunities and ample underground parking for its residents. Each sunny apartment has large windows and its own balcony.

 

The project is scheduled to be completed towards the end of 2010. Several apartments have already been sold.
