Rezydencja Tumska is a seven floor building. The top six levels have 71 apartments, with a floor area from 38 to 124 m². Our architects designed the apartments to have perfect daylight access through its stretched windows from floor to ceiling. Ceiling height is well above average, with 2.74 m on levels one to six and even 3.4 m on the top floor. The building has three independent entrances, each with an elevator to the underground parking garage that accomodates 90 cars. The building’s inner courtyard with its exquisite, illuminated fountain adds character to the residence. Construction was completed in 2008.
